Subway in Neu-Ulm

Went to Subway today, were served by a big boy and a girl in a moon chain. Great praise, very nice and competent employees. We thought it was really great. Good service, good food. Top.

Super ? ... staff are very friendly and helpful .... very large and good selection .... had a great chat ... all hygiene measures were observed ... I can only recommend and will be happy to come back again and again ☺️?

I was in the subway this evening (29.12.20) at around 8.15 p.m. The shop was empty, so it was my turn. I said hello and said I would like three 30cm subs. The blond employee looked at me and asked “THREE ?!” and looked at me for the topic “that's how you look too”, because I'm a bit fuller. Then he said really snotty, I have to pre-order if there are more than 3 subs. But I understand this unfriendly manner, this “no-mind” attitude and, above all, this derogatory look ... The sandwiches were accordingly lean, I'm used to different things from Subway. I noticed exactly this employee a few months ago with his impolite demeanor. Doesn't work at all. I will avoid this subway in the future.

SUBWAY = SUBSTANDARD: As long as Subway uses abused chicken meat by not adhering to the European initiative for more animal-respectful chicken farms and as long as they don't have a better ecological standard, my sandwiches won't come from subway anymore

Was my first time at Subway. The lady was very accommodating and explained everything to me, what is there and what I can have. And I have to say it was really delicious. I like to go there again.

The sub himself was ok. Ingredients and quality was fine. Unfortunately, the staff was not very polite. And also relatively unmotivated and listless. Of course everyone is tense right now. But be glad that you can still work.

So I have to get rid of something now ... This shop will never see me again ... This unfriendly, young employee should learn how to deal with customers ... Unfriendly, snotty and too lazy to bake bread after 7 p.m. I would like to mention the young lady with the pink hair who was very accommodating. Perhaps the management should think about replacing this young man. As you can see from the other reviews, it is not the first criticism that is expressed about it. I rarely write reviews, but if you talk to customers like that, you don't belong in the service industry.

Was there on August 27th at 9:00 p.m. Food was great, everything was good, but this gentleman employee who works there is terrible. You can't deal with customers like that in a totally unmotivated and unfriendly way.

Terrible shop, a swarm of flies emerges from the meat when the employees are filling the sandwiches. The employee M *** i is absolutely unfriendly, incompetent, and the bread is so sparingly placed that one could think that the store is fighting for survival. Never again, 0/10.

Top Service

The ordered sandwich looked like it had been clapped together without any motivation. You can't even hold the sandwich in your hand without it falling apart. Add to that the unfriendly service. Who prepared this sandwich for me and wrapped it up for me. I wouldn't even put that in front of a dog.

20 minutes before closing, you can no longer eat there. Absolutely rude employee! Has already cleaned everything on his Friday evening at 9:30 p.m. to go home on time at 10 p.m. Should look for another job!

Very nice and clean subway. It's nice to come here and eat. Service is very nice and friendly. Delivery service is also available here. Is definitely worth a visit.
